The male and female team that did our flooring in our office was great! They were both very professional and thorough. The female was my hero. I even told her that when I grew up, I wanted to be just like her. She was in this office working just as hard as the man. I truly enjoy seeing things like that. Firstly, I want to say that Drury Concrete Coatings is EXCELLENT!! My basement project was completed on 10/10/25. Without telling a super-long story, I want to let the photos tell the story. But I have to give honor to whom honor is due. I had no idea where to look or who to ask about transforming my unfinished basement floor, but GOD lead me to Drury! I contacted them and Elizabeth and Mike were right on it! Mike came out to take the measurements and give me the quote (which fell into my prayer range!) so, I know I had the right one. I have an older house with an unfinished basement that had been neglected for 22 years! And Mike assured me that "we can do it". And indeed, they did! Nick and Molly worked hard and were extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. And they are truly perfectionists! I am able to walk around in spaces where I hadn't seen the floor in over 2 decades. The photos will show from before I had the basement cleared out with the junk and mess (including a gross free-standing shower unit that I NEVER touched!) up to the final product. I can not be more pleased with the workmanship and beauty of the finished decorative concrete in my garage and on my front steps/porch. And the price was very, very reasonable and there was no hidden fees or charges. The quote was firm and straightforward. Mike came to inspect the job and took measurements—it was fast and painless as he clearly knows his craft. I questioned a section of my concrete that had been painted with concrete paint and while other companies told me it would be an extra $900 charge to buff it off, Mile said that it would be no problem—and there would be no extra charge. Elizabeth then sent me my firm quote which required no deposit and was over $1000 less than the company who had done my neighbors home. The job was completed by Nick and Molly who were very pleasant and courteous and insisted that if there was a single thing that was not to my liking, then they will fix it as they wanted me to be happy. Their work was completed precisely on the days they said it would be and within the timeframe they said. They were very conscientious about keeping the job site clean and organized at all times. These guys are pros! If you have read this far, then I welcome you calling Elizabeth and, with my permission, she can give you my contact information and you can see the work they did at my home. I feel it is the least I can do as a thank you for what was top quality service in a day and age where that is the exception. We hired Drury to do our driveway (outdoors). It was ugly, pitted and had a crack in it. For half the price of replacing it they made it look better than new. They first prepped the concrete removing all the imperfections, then put the coating on. We couldn't be happier with the results. They were prompt, curteous, and cleaned up when they left. We'd love to do our garage now which we avoided the thought of because of having to empty the garage.
