From start to finish this has been a great experience. One of the best parts about dealing with a small business is the customer service and they do a great job! Mike and Elizabeth are great to work with and Murphy and Marvin did a great job on our garage floor. They were very polite and professional. I highly recommend Drury Concrete Coatings.

Great team experience, beginning with Mike and Elizabeth Drury, and continuing with Murphy and Marvin who applied the product. We were kept informed every step of the way during the process. I don’t have enough good things to say about the Drury experience.

Great experience overall. No multiple site walks or attempting to overeducate me on the products. I requested a quote, I was given samples and scheduled the installation. Very affordable compared to some of the companies utilizing SEO. Murphy and team even tarped some of my garage items that were moved outside when it started raining.

Drury Concrete Coatings just finished my garage floor yesterday. Though I can't speak to how the product will hold up, I can speak to communication, friendliness and, work expertise. Mike was very responsive to my request for bid and timely arrival at my home. He explained the product and the process in a fair amount of detail. He also was able to fit my job in almost immediately due to a hold-up on a prior scheduled job. The men arrived at approximately 9:15 am on the scheduled date and began immediately to grind the floor down to accept the base coat. After applying the base coat they sprinkled the chip product throughout the garage and gave about 1.5 to 2 hours for the base coat to harden. They they knocked off the rough edges of the chips in three different directions. Finally, they applied the top/finish coat of the product. After about 20 yours I was able to walk on the floor and within a little more than 30 hours I will be able to put the vehicles back in the garage. The look of the floor is great and it has a fairly good non-slip texture. The floor has a 15 year warranty and I am 79, so I should be good LOL. Overall this was one of the experiences I have had in terms of hiring anyone to do anything.

From start to finish we were kept informed of the process and met in person to pick out colors. The installation was quick and only took about 6 hours. The price is really fair considering the quality and how well it looks. Thanks again to the Drurys!!

This company is exactly how it is advertised..Excellent work and they completed our patio in (1) day! The owner Mike came to our condo twice, once to explain the process and the other was with actual samples to help us pick the colors we desired. The (2) workers that completed the job were on time, which was Murphy Warmsley and his partner were precise, professional, cleaned up All of the debris, and explained when it was safe to walk on the patio and place our furniture!! We had been looking at other places but this company stood out in so many ways! Oh, and his wife the partner, or co-owner :-) is very nice, and pleasant..This company exhibits Excellent Customer Care, and Extremely recommended! Our patio is Beautiful!!

Communication was excellent by phone, in person, and by email. Drury was patient as we made the decision on the color to use. Workers showed up and quickly completed the project.
